May I fax, mail or call in my online order?

Absolutely, you may order by any method you choose. If you prefer to order by mail or fax, just print the order form and send it to the address/fax number at the bottom of the form.

How can I be certain LoweGo received my order? When you place your online order, we will send you an order acknowledgement by e-mail. If you do not receive your acknowledgment, contact customer service at 800-228-8567, 205-945-5600 or by e-mail at Customerservice@LoweGo.com.

What should I do if I have questions about my order or need additional information about my desired product? If you have questions, just call or e-mail us. We have no automated phone system, so we guarantee that you will be able to talk to a real person who can answer your questions.

How do I submit new artwork for my on-line order? You may submit artwork by e-mail or fax.

If I have ordered previously from LoweGo, do I have to submit new artwork? No. Our Art Department archives all artwork. When you place your order, just let us know that your art is on file.

What if I don't have art or a logo? We have a Graphic Art Department that will design a logo or refine your current art to a form that is suitable for screen-printing or embroidery. For more information about our graphic services, contact us at Art@LoweGo.com.

What if I have a special request for packaging or shipping? We can accommodate most requests if we are aware of your needs. Please state your needs at the time you place your order. Our customer service department has yet to be stumped.

How do I pay for my order? We accept Visa or MasterCard, and we also offer credit terms with approved applications. Please allow additional time for credit checks.

How long will it take to get my order to me? Our normal production time for screen printing and embroidery orders is two weeks. Imprinted promotional items may take a little longer depending on quantity and the item that you select.
